Cycling
Cycling is a great way to travel to work and keep fit at the same time. It can take only five minutes to cycle one mile, so if you live within five miles of the College, you can be on the college in less than half an hour, keeping fit and saving money at the same time.
Walking
For journeys of less than 2 miles, walking is an easy and cheap way of getting to work and it’s quicker than you think. Walking to College, even just 1 or 2 days per week is a great way to build in valuable exercise into your daily routine.
