The students, who have been allowed to pay in instalments, must pay the fee on or before the date, failing which they may not be allowed to attend the classes.

Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a "Cancellation Period". Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it. You can not cancel or request for a refund for the course which is already started or you were not able start on the course start date due to any personal reason.

In case you decide to cancel your purchase of a course, please send an email to info@novatraining.org.uk

I have received advice and guidance from the college in respect of the programmes of study available to me and have considered the suitability of the programme in respect of my future goals. I have been advised of the course entry requirements and have chosen the programme on the basis of my prior qualifications or experience.

I understand that timetables are subject to review and the College reserves the right to make changes to my learning agreement.

All exams must be completed within one year from the start of the course. If you pay exam fee in advance, you should do the exam on the scheduled day as per timetable, if you don’t you will have to book another exam date and they would be an exam fee.
